Public Projects

The project consists of the renovation of a one story, 24,100 SF existing building. This is a level 3 Alteration with a change in occupancy from a Mercantile (M) Occupancy to an A-3 Mixed Occupancy. The renovation consists of the demolition of interior finishes, removal and replacement of exterior storefront, and the installation of new interior partition layouts and buildout systems to function as courtroom spaces, business offices, and an I-3 occupancy retention space. This space has an existing sprinkler system to be modified for new layout.

The project consists of constructing a new 43,200 SF two story classroom addition attached to the existing school building. The new facility will contain classrooms, labs, and administration space and will include all associated site work which includes grading, paving, drainage, utilities, and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or described in the specifications. The addition will also contain a storm shelter.

The project consists of renovating the existing bathroom facilities which consists of replacing toilets, lavatories, flooring, toilet partitions, ceilings, lighting, and repainting the areas.

The project consists of installing a new pedestrian canopy at the existing bus drop-off/pick-up area.

The project consists of adding additional parking areas to the existing student parking and athletic field areas as well as adding additional ticket booths, area lighting, and fencing.

The work to be done consists generally of: Constructing a 2,700 sf PEMB storage building to house fiber wiring and parts. Building will include associated site work which includes fencing, grading, and gravel lot.

The project consists of the installation of six (6) pre-tensioned concrete pickleball courts with fencing and lighting, a restroom facility and associated utilities, and signage within the City Park in the City of Olive Branch MS.
