The work shall consist essentially of the following type items for Fire Operations Shop, Tunica, MS.:

• Grubbing

• Tree removal

• Installation of drainage culverts and flared end sections

• Construction of the building, including foundation

• Installation of asphalt drives

• Misc. grading

• Saw cut asphalt street for installation of water service

• Install water service and fire hydrant

• Repair Street

• Installation of electrical and gas service

Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work as provided in the Instructions to Bidders and to inform themselves of all local conditions.
